Adapt content and teaching methodology to students' realities The school located in Taquara seeks an Education for Youth and Adults (EJA) teacher to act as a learning facilitator for students, providing pedagogical support and encouraging and monitoring their academic development. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan lessons and deliver theoretical and practical classes; * Adapt content to students' realities, making learning practical and relevant; * Foster self-confidence, value students' prior knowledge, and adjust teaching methodology. **Requirements:** * Degree in Pedagogy. * Teaching License * Active MEI (Individual Microentrepreneur) **SUBMIT RESUME ONLY IF AVAILABLE FOR:** **Monday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** **Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** Job Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: Starting from R$25.00 per hour Expected Weekly Hours: Minimum 4 hours per week Selection Question(s): * Do you have an active MEI?
