Training Assistant

Description

Strict commitment from managers and their subordinates to rigorously comply with all applicable national and international legislation in force, at all locations where the company's operations are conducted. Contribute to the development of the quality and safety program by adhering to established documentation and procedures. Assist with obtaining quotations from partner schools, under supervision; Help schedule students' courses based on reported expiration dates; Verify basic documentation (e.g., certificates and deadlines) using checklists and with supervisory support; Assist in preparing certificates and sending them to bases/employees; Prepare attendance lists and reaction evaluations using existing templates; **Create virtual classrooms (e.g.: Teams, Zoom) and send links to students, as instructed; Request training room reservations and support logistics for internal courses; Provide support for requesting travel tickets, accommodations, and per diems, based on guidelines; Assist in entering and updating data in AMOS, focusing on indicators and training records; Import and archive certificates in the system and physically; Provide basic e-learning support, such as resending passwords and guiding access; Check classroom equipment—such as projectors, laptops, and sound systems—before course commencement; Receive and archive DGR proof documents and in-person training records; Assist in organizing new employee onboarding, following a predefined itinerary.
