We seek an experienced Tech Lead to lead the evolution of our automated processes in Python. You will architect robust web scraping and RPA solutions, scaling from 1 million tax documents/month with production reliability to 5M+/month while ensuring LGPD compliance. Our Values: \- We are protagonists, not spectators; \- We uphold integrity, not convenience; \- We solve problems, we don’t give up; \- We cultivate collaboration, not barriers; We are looking for someone who will be responsible for: \- Architecting and evolving RPA and web scraping solutions in Python, focusing on scalability and reliability; \- Leading high-volume tax process automation (1M–5M+ documents/month), ensuring LGPD compliance; \- Developing integrations with APIs, webhooks, and AWS services; \- Orchestrating automated workflows and jobs (Dagster or similar); \- Ensuring CI/CD pipelines, version control, and containerized environments; \- Performing large-scale data transformation and processing; \- Maintaining and evolving infrastructure as code (Terraform); \- Ensuring traceability, monitoring, and technical reporting for stakeholders; \- Exercising technical leadership, supporting the team through mentorship, code reviews, and 1:1s; \- Aligning technical deliverables with the company’s OKRs.
