Customer retention and welcoming environment **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to work in our strength training room, focusing on excellence in service and the prescription of safe and effective workouts. The instructor will be responsible for guiding students throughout their fitness journey, ensuring correct execution of movements and providing consistent motivation to help them achieve their goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Workout Prescription:** Design and update customized training programs according to each student's needs and limitations (e.g., hypertrophy, weight loss, health, etc.). * **Student Assistance and Guidance:** Monitor students during training sessions, correcting posture and technique to prevent injuries and optimize results. * **Room Management:** Maintain equipment organization and good condition. * **Customer Retention:** Foster a welcoming environment, addressing questions and encouraging students to remain at the facility. * **Integration:** Participate in technical meetings, internal trainings, and gym events. Employment Type: Full-time CLT or Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$800.00 \- R$2\.500.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
