Key Responsibilities Coordinate and develop **personalized training programs**, aligned with members’ expectations and goals, respecting the principles and techniques of Physical Education; Guide and correct the **proper execution of exercises**, ensuring safety, injury prevention, and optimal results; Keep members **motivated and engaged**, tracking progress, providing ongoing feedback, and adjusting workouts whenever necessary; Develop close relationships with members and **manage your client portfolio**, promoting retention and loyalty. ? Requirements **Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education (completed)**; **Active registration with CREF**. ?
