Job Summary: The Apprentice Youth will be responsible for receiving, sorting, and handling baggage, developing behavioral and operational skills in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in handling and dispatching baggage Description: * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and walking throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, flight-related signaling, floor inspection and scanning to retrieve dropped items, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Baggage Receiving and Sorting * Baggage Handling * Baggage Dispatch In addition to sector-specific operational tasks, the Apprentice Youth will have the opportunity to develop behavioral skills such as teamwork, organization, responsibility, and proactivity.
