They serve diverse populations, promoting social inclusion, holistic development, strengthening of social bonds, and civic education, in coordination with technical and pedagogical teams. * Plan, implement, and monitor socio-educational, pedagogical, cultural, and recreational activities; * Work with different age groups, respecting the specific needs of each population; * Provide welcoming support, qualified listening, and strengthen social bonds; * Support participants' learning processes and social development; * Encourage participation, autonomy, and social leadership; * Mediate conflicts and foster respectful coexistence; * Maintain records, reports, and documentation of implemented activities; * Support the organization of workshops, events, and community initiatives; * Collaborate integrally with the project’s technical, pedagogical, and coordination teams; * Contribute to achieving the objectives and goals of socio-educational projects.
