**Job Description**
We are looking for people who enjoy working autonomously and collaboratively. After all, only together can we fully understand our customers’ needs and consistently deliver outstanding results! As an SRE, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth and success by ensuring systems remain highly available, resilient, and scalable.
You will help us:
* Ensure the architecture meets the technical needs and requirements of the execution team, collaborating closely with IT teams (Architecture, Security, Infrastructure) and business areas;
* Maintain and evolve our microservices-based environment on AWS, with a strong focus on information security.
**Qualifications** **What we’re looking for in you:**
* Knowledge of DevOps practices: understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
* Knowledge of operating systems and system administration: familiarity with Linux/Unix, server management, networking and protocols, as well as troubleshooting skills for distributed systems.
* Experience designing and deploying cloud infrastructure: hands-on experience with core AWS services, and ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient architectures.
* Automation and management tooling skills: experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or others for provisioning, deployment, and configuration of systems, as well as familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK Stack, among others.
* Experience in problem resolution and monitoring: ability to identify and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues in production environments using monitoring and log analysis tools.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills: ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, operations, and other functional areas.
**Some of the tools we use daily—familiarity and some hands-on experience are required:**
* Provide support and guidance to development teams on DevOps best practices.
* Experience conducting root cause analysis (Postmortems).
* Experience administering and managing AWS cloud environments.
* Experience administering and managing Kubernetes/EKS clusters and their workloads.
* Experience using Helm to deploy applications on Kubernetes.
* Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.).
* Building and maintaining automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, etc.).
* Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch/MongoDB).
* CI/CD pipelines using GitOps.
