We are seeking a designer with refined aesthetic vision and sensitivity to fashion to join our creative team. You will be responsible for translating the Julio Okubo brand identity into consistent, elegant, and effective visual communications—from digital platforms to point-of-sale. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and adapt digital graphic materials focused on branding, performance, and visual consistency across all brand touchpoints. * Develop assets for promotional, institutional, and editorial campaigns, including: * Instagram and Facebook posts and stories (organic and sponsored) * Banners and assets for websites and e-commerce platforms * Marketing emails with responsive layouts * Materials for WhatsApp and institutional/commercial presentations * Storefront banner layouts * Adapt seasonal campaign key visuals (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.) into multiple formats and platforms. * Participate in briefing meetings with the marketing team, proposing visual solutions that expand the creative potential of campaigns. * Safeguard the brand’s visual identity, ensuring ongoing consistency and updates. * Support branding initiatives: point-of-sale materials, collection identities, and institutional communications. * Manage and organize the visual asset library, ensuring traceability and up-to-date file versions. * Research trends in graphic design, fashion, and consumer behavior to keep the brand’s aesthetic vibrant and contemporary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience as a mid-level graphic designer, having worked with companies, agencies, or consumer brands. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe tools: * Photoshop — layouts, image editing, composition, and mockups * Illustrator — vectorization, icon creation, and graphic elements * Canva & Figma — responsive design, prototyping, and basic UI * AI — Familiarity with AI-powered design tools applied to image generation, assisted editing, and automation of creative workflows. * Technical skills: * Proficiency in visual composition, typography, color application, and information hierarchy. * Strong knowledge of social media formats and best practices, with emphasis on performance and engagement. * Ability to independently follow and evolve visual identity guidelines with creative autonomy and responsibility. * Organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying deadlines and deliverables. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience in video editing and motion design (CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or similar). * Intermediate or advanced English for reading international references and assets.
