If you thrive on challenges and want to grow, this opportunity is for you! **Your Mission:** As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new customers, presenting and negotiating products while maintaining direct contact with breeders. Your primary mission will be to build a solid customer portfolio, acting as a strategic partner and continuously driving sales growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new customers and identify business opportunities. * Manage all stages of the sales cycle: Preparation and submission of proposals. Negotiation and scheduling of presentation meetings when necessary; Follow-up and monitoring; Closing the sale and post-sale follow-up. 3\. Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand needs and tailor product offerings, identifying opportunities for sales expansion and incremental growth. 4\. Build and nurture trust-based relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, while gathering information that supports the ongoing sales process. 5\. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** Contract type: PJ (individual entrepreneur), company registration required. Fixed monthly salary: BRL 3,000.00 plus 3% commission on sales achieved. On-site position, Monday to Friday, business hours. Availability to work in the Campo Belo area.
