Fadesc/UNICESUMAR is currently conducting a selection process for a Sales Consultant position in the Commercial Department. **JOB DESCRIPTION** Executing internal and external commercial activities for candidate recruitment, enrollment conversion, and general support to students and candidates. **DETAILED TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Guide and support candidates and/or students regarding the institution's various courses: \- Curriculum structure, tuition fees, and course duration; \- Assist in and execute student prospecting activities (contacting, offering, registration, enrollment); \- Assist in and execute all processes related to converting registered candidates into enrolled students; \- Process candidate enrollments; \- Assist in and conduct external activities for recruiting new candidates/students; \- Provide support during initiatives involving partner companies; \- Maintain updated individual records and reports; \- Provide proactive and responsive support to students and candidates through various available channels and tools; \- Assist in receiving and delivering textbooks; \- Assist in managing administrative material inventory. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES** **Mandatory:** \- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; \- Basic knowledge of social media tools; \- Appropriate verbal and written communication skills; \- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques. **Desirable:** \- Processes, systems, and tools used by Higher Education Institutions (to be developed during training).
