Responsibilities and Duties: **Your typical day will look like this** **(spoiler: creating lots of smiles is part of the package)!** * We’ll count on you for restaurant operational tasks: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring the environment and equipment remain clean at all times. See details below! * Customer service is one of the most important parts of the job: our top priority is creating smiles! As an attendant, you’ll be responsible for serving customers in our restaurants, including taking orders and processing payments—even at our Drive-Thru. * Prepare the delicious items coming out of our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts—like our famous ice cream cone. * You’ll receive training on operating appropriate equipment, as well as on maintaining our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. * Clean and sanitize our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas, strictly following instructions and the operations manual. * Participate in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses. The goal is to keep you continuously updated on both technical and operational aspects.
