. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Perform final package validation originating from product integration, branches, and development merges, ensuring delivery quality; * Support version acceptance processes and continuous system execution in internal environments; * Assist with system acceptance and validation activities; * Support the development team by taking ownership of work items during Sprints and contributing to delivery improvements; * Execute verification and validation activities for developed user stories, focusing on manual and automated software testing; * Monitor one’s own workflow proactively, flagging risks, blockers, and potential delays to the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA in IT, with a minimum of 360 hours; * Solid experience in IT, specifically in software quality; * Experience with manual testing (voice and text); * Knowledge of test automation using industry-standard techniques and methodologies; * Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Postman, and Robot Framework; * Knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps; * Proficiency in programming languages such as C\#, .NET, and JavaScript; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with agile methodologies; * Certification in software testing (ATC, CBTS, CTFL, or CTAL – TA, TAE, TM), or equivalent. If not currently certified, candidates must be available and willing to obtain it after hiring.
