ESEG seeks a **Law Professor** to teach undergraduate courses, focusing on essential content for legal education and the development of practical and theoretical competencies for future legal professionals. The instructor will be responsible for sharing up-to-date knowledge across various areas of law, contributing to the training of bachelor's graduates prepared to practice ethically, critically, and with technical proficiency. ### **Responsibilities:** **Deliver theoretical and practical classes in the following areas:** **Constitutional Law;** **Civil Law;** **Criminal Law;** **Procedural Law;** **Administrative Law;** **Labor Law;** **Other activities:** * Develop and administer exams, case studies, assignments, and practical exercises. * Guide students in academic projects, legal research, and simulated practice. * Encourage critical interpretation of legislation, legal doctrine, and case law. * Stay updated with legislative amendments, judicial decisions, and contemporary legal debates. * Participate in academic meetings, collaborate with faculty colleagues, and contribute to course improvements. ### **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: **Master’s or Doctoral degree in Law** or related fields. * Prior experience teaching legal disciplines at the undergraduate level. * Solid knowledge of doctrinal schools, current legislation, and major judicial interpretations. * Excellent communication, teaching, and academic debate facilitation skills.
