The courses are of **short duration** and cover topics in **Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Production, and Quality**, among others. Training sessions take place across various municipalities in the State of São Paulo, including: **Araraquara, Barretos, Franca, Ribeirão Preto, São Carlos, São João da Boa Vista, São José do Rio Preto, Votuporanga**, and nearby regions. The curriculum and teaching materials are **standardized by SEBRAE\-SP**, and there is no requirement to develop original materials. IBS offers a **preparatory online training**, providing guidance on content, methodology, and class facilitation. **Requirements:** * Experience in teaching, speaking, or consulting in management and business fields; * Strong communication and pedagogical skills; * Availability for in-person engagement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with micro and small entrepreneurs; * Prior experience in SEBRAE programs. If you are a dynamic professional who enjoys sharing knowledge and wants to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in São Paulo state, **join our network of professors!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver **in-person classes** to groups of micro and small entrepreneurs in short-duration courses covering **Marketing, Finance, Emotional Intelligence, Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship**; * Ensure **implementation of the standardized curriculum**, in accordance with the work plan and teaching materials defined by SEBRAE\-SP; * Apply **sound pedagogical practices**, fostering a dynamic and participatory learning environment; * Participate in the **mandatory preparatory online training**, understanding the specific methodologies and guidelines of the programs; * Contribute to the **development and strengthening of local entrepreneurship**, aligning class delivery with project objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed undergraduate degree** in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields; * **Interest in working as a service provider**; * **Commitment, dynamism, and strong communication skills**; * **Experience** in teaching, speaking, or consulting in management, business, or entrepreneurship; * **Basic proficiency in digital tools** (PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet); * **Mandatory participation** in IBS Americas’ preparatory online training. **Desirable:** * Courses or certifications in **teaching, active learning methodologies, or corporate education**; **Additional Information** All courses feature **predefined content and teaching materials**, enabling the professor to focus on **class delivery and interaction with participants**.
