We are looking for a professional to fill the position of Production Assistant to strengthen our team. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing the sector, packaging and palletizing finished products, and ensuring quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prior production experience is a plus; * Commitment, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability for shifts and overtime, if necessary. * Work on the Packaging Line; * Baling, palletizing, sealing, and transporting pallets within the factory environment; * Handling packages weighing up to 30 kg; * Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness; * Adhering to safety and quality standards. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:18 PM; weekends as requested by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education; * Female candidates preferred. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * On-site meals; * Productivity bonus; * Transportation.
