Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect and organize data from various sources using spreadsheets and other tools; * Assist in preparing reports and presentations with data and KPIs; * Support the team in conducting benchmarking and process capacity studies; * Participate in process mapping and technical documentation; * Monitor the implementation of improvement projects under supervision; * Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, etc.), Business Administration, or related fields; expected graduation in 2028.1 or later. **Required** * Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, AppSheet, and others); * Interest in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma; * Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM. **Preferred** * Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines; * Proficiency in working with metrics and data analysis; * Flexibility and adaptability to new systems and processes; **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health insurance plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
