Responsibilities: * Provide customer service, delivering accurate information about our products and services. * Respond to customer questions and resolve inquiries efficiently and courteously. * Record all customer interactions in our internal system. * Assist in product sales, adhering to company guidelines. * Stay updated on Qualy Farma's offered products and services. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a productive and positive work environment. * Work schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off; \- Shift: 12:40 PM to 10:00 PM \- 2-hour lunch break; * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal voucher (VR): BRL 210.00 after probation period; \- Partnership with Cruzeiro do Sul University \- Distance Learning (EAD) modality; * Pharmacy benefit plan after probation period; Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
