Organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills We are looking for a highly organized, process-oriented professional to work in the school's pedagogical operational management. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor grade and attendance entries * Track absent students and ensure follow-up calls * Support parent and student interactions * Ensure compliance with pedagogical processes * Monitor student performance (grades, progress) * Provide support to academic coordination and teaching staff **Desired Profile:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Strong interpersonal communication skills * Experience in language teaching * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in coordination or supervision * Experience in administrative/academic routines Compensation: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have B2 level or higher? * Are you available on Saturdays? * Do you reside in Guarulhos or nearby areas?
