Desirable: * Knowledge of Spanish (desirable). * Degree in Languages, Pedagogy, or Psychology (desirable). Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure execution and monitoring of 100% of pedagogical tasks within the system, meeting established deadlines (attendance, assessments, grade entry, etc.); Guarantee a smooth, punctual academic calendar, with extracurricular activities carried out according to schedule; Maintain a stable, well-trained, and aligned team, with continuous development and low turnover rate; Increase student and guardian satisfaction levels by fostering a welcoming environment and providing effective responses to requests; Improve students’ academic performance indicators through implementation of innovative teaching strategies and individualized follow-up; Conduct effective recruitment processes, with well-structured onboarding and training for new team members; Monitor and regularly present pedagogical progress reports, achieved goals, and areas for improvement, promoting a culture of educational high performance.
