**JOB OPENING: PEDAGOGICAL ASSISTANT** Location: Colégio Expansão — Unit to be defined Workload: 40 hours per week Employment type: CLT / Indefinite term About the position We are seeking an education professional with a mediating and solution-oriented profile to work as a Pedagogical Assistant in the Middle School (Fundamental 2) and High School segments. The role requires mastery of current educational legislation, ability to coordinate among students, families, and teaching staff, as well as strategic vision for career development within the school environment. Main responsibilities ● Pedagogical monitoring of classes from 6th to 9th grade (Middle School) and 1st to 3rd year (High School) ● Mediation of conflicts among students, teachers, and families, using pedagogical and non-punitive approaches ● Individualized support for students and guardians, documenting incidents and follow-up actions (Minutes) ● Support to coordination in implementing the school bylaws and pedagogical guidelines ● Guidance on educational legislation norms (LDB, ECA, curriculum guidelines) ● Participation in parent meetings, class councils, and ongoing professional development sessions ● Monitoring of attendance, academic performance, and intervention plans Prerequisites Requirement Details Education Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy or Teaching License (Psychology or related fields) Experience Minimum of 2 years working with Middle School and/or High School Legislation Demonstrated knowledge of LDB, ECA, and school regulations Mediation Conciliatory profile and experience in mediating school-related conflicts Families Proven ability to welcome and communicate effectively with guardians Availability 40 hours per week (in-person) Salary: R$1.518,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Work location: In-person
