Develop proactivity and respectful communication Requirement: Currently enrolled in or completed high school Position: Young Apprentice Department: Undergraduate Academic Secretariat Location: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, SP Work Mode: On-site Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Lunch Break: 1 hour (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM) Schedule: 5x2 (Monday to Friday) Salary: R$1\.621,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance and Meal Allowance. Desired Skills: Proactivity and curiosity to learn; respectful, clear, and concise communication; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; organizational skills; agility; attention to detail; strong oral and written communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Support the execution and organization of academic and administrative routines within the Academic Secretariat, contributing to data consistency in institutional systems and to the quality of services provided to students, faculty, and internal departments.
