### **Responsibilities:** * Develop complete features with quality and efficiency, in accordance with technical and business specifications; * Participate in planning and alignment meetings, such as Refinement, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective; * Perform analysis and resolution of complex problems, proposing feasible technical approaches; * Conduct code reviews (Code Review) for Junior colleagues and contribute best programming practices; * Participate in technical discussions, proposing improvements to architecture, performance, and code maintainability; * Write unit and integration tests to ensure delivery quality and stability; * Monitor and collaborate with the deployment process in test and production environments; * Ensure deliverables align with defined requirements and are completed within established deadlines. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * At least 4 years of experience with C\# .NET; * Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases; * Experience with FluentMigrator, Dapper, or Entity Framework; * Solid understanding of SOLID principles; * Experience with design patterns; * Strong knowledge of Clean Code, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Clean Architecture; * Analytical ability to solve problems and propose improvements; * Clear and concise communication for interaction with team members and stakeholders; * Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git); * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban); ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in IT or related field; * Practical experience of over one year with at least one additional programming language. **We strive to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
