**Internship Position – Support and Integration** We are seeking **an Intern for Support and Integration**, focused on customer service and technical support. * **Internship duration: 1 year** **Opportunity for permanent employment and career growth in the area** **Requirements:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proactivity and ability to identify creative solutions to technical problems **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00 **Stipend and Benefits:** * Monthly stipend \+ commissions * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance **Main responsibilities:** * Provide customer support for system-related questions and errors * Perform software installation and configuration for users * Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues **Technical competencies:** * Currently enrolled in or having interrupted a Technical or Higher Education program in Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields * Basic knowledge of computer networks **Preferred (but not mandatory):** * Residing near Cotia, Carapicuíba, or Osasco Job type: Internship Contract duration: 12 months Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Transportation allowance Education level: * Currently pursuing or having interrupted a Higher Education degree (preferred) Work location: On-site
