Grow with Fatore. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and deliver English lessons according to Fatore’s schedule and methodology; * Welcome students and parents; * Enter grades and absences into the system; * Support coordination on department-related matters; * Achieve minimum attendance target; * Engage students; * Contact absent students and/or their guardians as required depending on the situation; * Demonstrate resilience and emotional intelligence to handle adverse situations; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Prior experience as an instructor (PREFERRED); * Excellent active listening skills; * Strong organizational skills; **Additional Information:** * Meal voucher: R$ 150.00 * Transportation voucher **Work Model:** * Internship schedule: 30 hours per week (to be agreed upon) * 100% in-person work in Pindamonhangaba Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$1.000,00 - R$1.150,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
