And to continue advancing toward our goal of **being Brazil's leading reference in real estate secured credit**, we need the best Team. **On a daily basis, you will:** * Analyze real estate documentation (IPTU tax bill, Property Registry, Certificate of Habitation, CVCO); * Assist in operationalizing payments within the department; * Assist in assessing property suitability for sale; * Control service orders for third-party property appraisals; * Prepare and complete spreadsheets. * Request and monitor property appraisals via the system; * Report real estate information from contracts to SERASA. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Statistical analysis; * Real estate documentation; * Construction methods and finishing standards; * Urban planning parameters; * Construction pathologies.
