Mais Internet is seeking an intern to join our People Experience team (commonly known as HR), with the mission of making the experience of our \#DiMais even more special through endomarketing initiatives, internal communication, and organizational culture activities. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Content Creation: Develop content in various formats—including graphics, videos, and written materials—for our internal communication channels such as corporate TV, Teams, and Instagram; * Event Support: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of internal events aligned with the annual endomarketing calendar; * Communication: Draft official announcements and campaigns related to health, safety, and diversity; * Employer Branding: Produce content and support posts on the company’s LinkedIn profile to strengthen our employer brand and attract new talent; * Team Support: Provide general support to departmental needs when required, including onboarding, recruitment and selection, training, and internal initiatives. **Position details:** * Internship schedule: **6 hours and 15 minutes**, either morning or afternoon shift (with a 15-minute break) **Requirements for this position:** * Creativity and interest in communication and endomarketing; * Enjoyment of working with people and in teams; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Currently enrolled in a Technology degree program in People Management or Human Resources, or a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. **Preferred qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Canva; * Basic understanding of NR1; * Experience in endomarketing.
