You won’t receive a finalized technical specification to implement; instead, you’ll collaborate closely with Product to understand the business problem and jointly decide the optimal technical approach—considering architecture, feasibility, and maintainability. It’s a highly autonomous environment where technical decision-making rests with the developers. **TECHNICAL CHALLENGES:** We are a multi-product company with an ecosystem of over six systems that must operate in an integrated manner.
