




Job Summary: The Financial Coordinator supervises and coordinates all financial department activities—from operational tasks to strategic planning—ensuring efficient and transparent financial management. Leads the team, prepares reports, and improves processes. The Financial Coordinator is the professional responsible for supervising and coordinating all financial department activities. Their role spans from daily operational and administrative tasks to medium- and long-term strategic financial planning. They must ensure the smooth operation of accounts payable, bank reconciliations, cash flow management, responding to audit requests, and financial reporting—promoting efficient and transparent financial governance. It is essential that this professional clearly and effectively presents the organization’s financial status during meetings and alignment sessions with the executive leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily financial routines, ensuring timely execution and operational efficiency; * Coordinate the finance team, ensuring technical and behavioral alignment; * Prepare and review financial documents, reports, spreadsheets, and materials for financial reporting; * Validate accounts payable processes in accordance with internal criteria and rigorous controls; * Conduct short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow analyses; * Perform bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date internal controls; * Monitor and design financial and operational processes, suggesting continuous improvements; * Organize and oversee financial disbursements to states, especially during electoral periods; * Prepare responses to audit requests and clearly and technically present the organization’s financial status; * Demonstrate an analytical, detail-oriented approach, with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion; * Suggest and implement process, control, and support tool improvements (e.g., more effective use of systems such as TOTVS); * Promote internal communication within the finance department, standardizing procedures and encouraging collaborative tools. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; **Experience:** Financial experience, preferably in institutional or political environments; **Technical Skills:** Financial planning, process design, cash flow analysis, cost control, reconciliations, and people management; **Technological Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (with advanced Excel proficiency), Protheus system (TOTVS); **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in political party and/or electoral financial reporting. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and strong team management; * Strong analytical capability and strategic vision; * Organization and attention to detail; * Discretion, responsibility, and reliability regarding confidential information; * Strong communication skills and ability to deliver financial training or presentations; * Proactivity in proposing improvements and resolving operational issues; * Ability to work in a hybrid mode (in-office and remote), with autonomy and discipline.
