




Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and planning-oriented professional, passionate about education, to work on the academic front, monitoring student performance and ensuring organization of the virtual learning environment. Here’s what we expect from you: * Experience in tutoring at higher education and/or technical education levels; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience analyzing and monitoring educational indicators (attendance, retention, dropout rates, and academic performance); * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies or specialization will be considered an advantage; * Prior experience in customer service; * Ability to share knowledge, provide guidance, and mediate conflicts in a balanced manner; * Organized, analytical profile with strong academic process management skills. **Location: São José do Rio Preto – SP** **So, are you interested?
