Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing fabric laying-up, ensuring alignment, grain direction, and pattern consistency, monitoring yield, and identifying defects. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor fabric yield and utilization to avoid waste. ### **JOB OPENING: FABRIC LAYING-UP OPERATOR** **Location:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform **fabric laying-up** according to technical specifications and production orders * Ensure **fabric alignment, grain direction, and pattern consistency** * Monitor **fabric yield and utilization**, avoiding waste * Identify and segregate **fabric defects and damages** * Assist in organizing and identifying batches for cutting * Maintain a clean and safe workplace **Requirements:** * Completed elementary or high school education * Proven experience as a fabric laying-up operator * Knowledge of various fabric types (wovens, knits, etc.) * Attention to detail, agility, and commitment * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in garment manufacturing or textile industry * Experience in quality control during laying-up * Familiarity with technical specifications and production orders **What We Offer:** * Salary: 2\.071,00 * Grocery Allowance delivered to home * Transportation Allowance **or** Fuel Allowance (80% of the transportation allowance value) * Baby Kit * Parks (corporate benefit per internal policy) * ️ TR Discount – 30% discount on store products * Wedding Kit * College / High School – over 10% discount (in-person and online) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
