Alicerce Educação is a social-impact startup with the mission of reducing educational inequality in Brazil. The Alicerce Educator for youth and adults—whom we call a Guide—supports the development of reading, writing, mathematics, and job-market-oriented skills for students who, for any reason, were unable to complete their studies. **Mandatory Requirements for Application:** \- Completed undergraduate degree in one of the following fields: Humanities, Biological Sciences, or Exact Sciences; \- Teaching experience; \- Availability to deliver subjects from the pedagogical pathways, covering Portuguese language, mathematics (Elementary Education I and II), socioemotional skills, and exploration of contemporary topics as outlined in the BNCC, adapting to the project's target audience; \- Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office applications, and the Internet; \- Proficiency in modern Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs); \- Access to a computer or laptop with Internet connectivity. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Experience teaching youth or adults; \- Experience in social projects. **About the Position:** **LOCATION:** Rua Ernesto Foizer, 200, Chacara Versalhes, Araçatuba, SP **Class Schedule:** 3 times per week, 1 hour and 30 minutes per day. Contract Type: Service Provider — Legal Entity (PJ) * Compensation: BRL 35.43 per hour worked \+ 1 hour and 30 minutes weekly for conducting pedagogical rituals * Deliver classes in Portuguese language, mathematics (covering basic content from Elementary Education I and II), and project-related topics.
