Job Summary: A professional to assist students in regular and full-day programs with various pedagogical, care, and developmental activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment. Accompany regular program students by supporting teachers, and accompany students during the opposite period in the Extracurricular Full-Day Program, addressing care, meals, play, project development, homework supervision, and study support. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize the classroom and assist teachers with classroom-related requests; * Develop, monitor, and facilitate task completion and study sessions; * Substitute for specialist and generalist teachers when necessary; * Support a regular program class to strengthen pedagogical formation; * Accompany children to the restroom or other school facilities as needed; * Maintain guiding documents for organizing extracurricular activities (e.g., seminars, attendance tracking, homework and study monitoring, materials management, sports and workshop lists); * Assist students with special needs; * Support students with homework and class assignments in the regular program; * Supervise student departures, assisting with boarding and handling personal belongings; * Address additional requests from the department or supervisor; * Assist students during meals, encourage healthy eating habits, and supervise them; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Education (Pedagogy); * Prior experience in schools is preferred; * Proficiency in English is preferred; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Excellent organizational and time-management skills; * Strong communication and observational skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Dynamic and proactive attitude; * Interest in professional growth within our school; **Additional Information** * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity to work for an expanding international company, with strong potential for learning and professional development.
