Job Summary: The professional will work in the Student Success department, providing academic support and assisting students with platform navigation, monitoring, and coordination with instructors. Key Highlights: 1. Academic support and assistance to students navigating the platform 2. Monitoring of student access, participation, and assessment activities 3. Facilitating communication between students and instructors The role involves working in the Student Success department to provide academic support, assisting students with various aspects of platform navigation. Responsibilities include monitoring student access, participation, and completion of assessment activities, as well as scheduling exams. Responding to student requests. Facilitating communication between students and instructors regarding questions posted in forums. Encouraging student participation and interaction throughout the course. Guiding students on operational questions related to curriculum components. Tracking and sending invoices and official request forms. **Requirements:** Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; Sales and customer service experience is desirable.
