About the Position We are a growing financial technology company focused on data solutions and banking process automation. We seek a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer to lead critical Oracle database migration and optimization projects, ensuring high availability and performance. **Position Requirements:** Professionals with insurance domain knowledge (familiarity with Acsel is a plus) Oracle experience (Oracle Developer Certification is a plus) Support profile for high-volume batch processes; Prior experience with file generation/import (system integration); Experience analyzing problems and proposing solutions for batch routines; Database tuning experience as a developer is a plus; Familiarity with TWS/IWS (task schedulers) is also a plus; Comfortable working in high-pressure environments **Requirements:** Desirable Behavioral Competencies Organization and results orientation.
