Responsibilities and Duties * Develop and maintain high-performance, well-structured GraphQL APIs. * Build and evolve Node.js services with a focus on quality and scalability. * Implement real-time communication via WebSocket. * Work with messaging systems and asynchronous processing. * Optimize performance using Redis for caching and state management. * Manage and deploy applications on AWS infrastructure. * Collaborate with the team on architectural decisions and best practices. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) * **Backend:** Solid production experience with Node.js. * **API:** Proficiency in GraphQL (schema design, resolvers, query optimization). * **Real-time:** Practical experience with WebSocket. * **Architecture/Messaging:** Knowledge of messaging systems (queues, events, asynchronous processing). * **Database/Cache:** Experience with Redis (caching, pub/sub, data structures). * **Cloud:** Good knowledge of AWS and its core services. * **Tools:** Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative workflows. Nice-to-Have * Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD). * Knowledge of Auto Scaling Groups and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Experience with high-concurrency, low-latency applications (essential for remote gatekeeping niche). * Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
