Recruitment and Selection Notice No. 012/2026 – Information Technology Analyst, aiming to establish a reserve pool for permanent positions, to be assigned to its unit in the municipality of MACAPÁ/AP. RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct feasibility studies, define objectives, and specify plans for development, operation, and maintenance of the SESC information system; Plan and carry out information gathering from users to implement the system; logically analyze collected information, establishing data flow and procedures required to transform input data into user-requested information, in accordance with established software and hardware system objectives; develop, execute, implement, and maintain systems, as well as prepare and keep updated the respective documentation; Participate in database administration; provide assistance and technical support on IT matters; Perform or coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities necessary to preserve equipment, instruments, and other materials used in the area of operation; Select, implement, maintain, and provide support for basic software usage; plan, implement, administer, and maintain computer networks; provide guidance on matters within their area of expertise; keep the immediate supervisor informed about work progress and results achieved, enabling evaluation of applied policies, as well as guiding and controlling the development of the operational area; Develop, execute, and maintain computer programs based on data provided by the analysis team, establishing different operational processes to allow automated data processing; Participate in the design, construction, implementation, and documentation related to system development; prepare logical and detailed flowcharts, establishing the sequence of tasks for data preparation; and perform other duties compatible with the nature of the position. Professional Experience Proof of professional experience in the field of Information Technology Analyst. **Education:** **Completed Higher Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field **Desirable:** Professional experience in the role and specific qualification to work as a Systems Developer, Network Technologist, Web Designer, User Support Specialist, Database Administrator, and other areas of Information Technology. Availability Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as well as to travel or relocate between municipalities.
