We value respect, ethics, commitment to learning, innovation, and human development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the care, supervision, and development of children during the school routine; * Support teachers in pedagogical and recreational activities; * Help organize classroom environments and materials; * Supervise students during meals, hygiene routines, and recreation; * Promote a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment for child development; * Support projects and activities developed by the pedagogical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate studies in Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields (preferred); * Affinity with child development and the school environment; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organizational ability, responsibility, and proactivity; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; * Experience in pedagogical, recreational, or childcare activities (preferred); * Training in early childhood education, inclusion, or first aid will be considered advantageous. **Mission** To provide excellence in education aimed at students’ holistic development, enabling them to exercise responsible citizenship in building a better world. **Vision** To become a nationally recognized institution by delivering high-quality education and continuous innovation. **Values** * Ethics * Commitment * Excellence in service delivery * Respect for the individual * Engagement with social well-being and sustainability
