Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols, using PPEs and reporting maintenance needs. Key Highlights: 1. Participates in standard operating procedure training for the department Job Description: * Responsible for cleaning and/or sanitizing hotel rooms and apartments, following safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols; * Uses appropriate PPEs (gloves, apron, mask, shoes) and configures cleaning carts with linens and cleaning kits; * Receives daily instructions from supervisors and reports corrective maintenance needs; * Room/apartment interventions include tidying, linen replacement, replenishment of supplies, identification of laundry departures, and sanitation—including surface cleaning, trash bin replacement, and bathroom sanitation; * Floor cleaning is performed via sweeping or vacuuming, focusing on floor corridors; * Mandatory participation in department-specific standard operating procedure training, delivered via EAD, in-person sessions, or as directed by management.
