Job Summary: This educational support position offers the opportunity to assist teachers, organize the classroom environment, and accompany students, with an emphasis on empathy and teamwork. Opportunity to work with children and as part of a team **Main Responsibilities:** \* Support teachers in the classroom by assisting in the delivery of educational activities. \* Assist in organizing the classroom environment and supervising students. \* Accompany students during daily activities, providing individualized support when necessary. **Requirements:** \* Completed high school education (enrollment in a higher education program in Pedagogy, Languages, Psychology, Teaching, or related fields is desirable). \* **Advanced to fluent English** (mandatory for communication within the school environment). \* Prior experience working with children is a plus. \* Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Location:** Maple Bear Águas Claras, Brasília \- DF. **Employment Details:** CLT \- 30 hours/week (morning or afternoon shift) Salary \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Bonus Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.268,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
