Support in HR administrative routines HR Administrative & Finance Apprentice Working hours: 4 hours per day Mode: In-person Location: ORLEANS Main Responsibilities: Support HR department administrative routines; Document organization and filing; Assistance in employee onboarding and integration processes; Support in timekeeping control, benefits administration, and training coordination; Internal employee support to address inquiries; Updating internal spreadsheets and systems. Requirements: Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Age compliant with the Young Apprentice Program legislation; Basic computer skills (Word, Excel); Good communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn.
