




Job Summary: Customer support and service professional responsible for greeting, informing, and organizing data in parking facilities, with emphasis on proactivity and teamwork. Responsibilities and Duties **Your daily routine will include:** * Greeting and providing customer support services; * Verifying whether customers are authorized; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations; * Operating cash register equipment in garages and parking lots; * Promptly notifying the supervisor of any refusal to present authorization credentials; * Updating database entries; * Organizing documents and information; * Guiding users and assisting them in retrieving data and information; * Serving suppliers and customers by providing and receiving information regarding products and services. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Age: 18 to 21 years and 11 months; * Currently pursuing higher education (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
