Employment agency seeking a Lawyer in Itajaí (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Contract-related work: drafting of contract drafts (real estate purchase and sale, leasing, service provision, corporate agreements, shareholder agreements, and contractual amendments). Reviewing clauses under organizational guidance, version control, and document standardization. Litigation work (general civil proceedings): drafting initial pleadings, responses, motions, and appeals of low-to-medium complexity. Legal research on case law, doctrine, and legislation. Case monitoring and deadline management. Process and routine legal management: entering and organizing cases in the legal management system. Proactive monitoring of deadlines and case progress. Preparing supporting materials, summaries, and documents for strategic analysis by the supervising lawyer. Client relations and communication: contacting clients following guidelines to provide objective status updates; contacting notary offices, real estate registries, courts, and public agencies; supporting extrajudicial matters, deeds, registrations, and annotations. Previous experience as a Legal Consultant, Junior Lawyer, Associate Lawyer, or Defense Lawyer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
