Bring your talent and commitment, and join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges as an IT Assistant include:** * Maintaining hardware, software, networks, and servers; * Providing IT support to the campus, students, and staff; * Supporting the campus IT department regarding computers, extensions, and general internet services; * Ensuring up-to-date inventory of machines and equipment; * Ensuring institutional guidelines are followed, including implementation of information security policies at the campus. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** * Technical degree in IT or currently pursuing a related undergraduate degree; * Experience in user support; * Knowledge of cabling, PC formatting, and software updates. **Additional Information** WORK LOCATION: ESTÁCIO OURINHOS We believe in the excellence of our education and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
