**Responsibilities and Duties**
Perform, under supervision, less complex accounting routines, including analysis and classification of journal entries by nature; verification of the validity of asset, liability, expense, and revenue accounts; reconciliation and analysis of source journal entries; and adherence to the company’s chart of accounts. Prepare fixed asset control reports and other control documents.
Receive and verify daily the documents processed by the company related to its accounting activity, including verification of incoming invoices for fixed assets, products, and services, as well as payment documentation;
Classify documents according to the chart of accounts and record corresponding journal entries, preparing information for periodic financial reporting (trial balances, income statements, and others);
Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information;
Safeguard company property under your responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to your immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Availability to intern onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (6 hours per day);
* Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields, having completed at least 50% of the undergraduate program.
**Additional Information** **Stipend:** R$ 1.900,00/month
