Additionally, you will directly provide Level 3 support, ensuring system stability and evolution. You will work side-by-side with other developers and business partners, gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and coordinating impactful changes! **Your Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Consolidate and manage pipelines across local and global teams; ✅ Analyze impacts and ensure delivery quality; ✅ Perform regression testing to prevent production failures; ✅ Monitor inter-project dependencies and manage releases and schedules; ✅ Keep critical processes running and resolve any failures; ✅ Respond to audit and regulatory requests; ✅ Migrate discontinued technologies (NPT) and implement mandatory changes; ✅ Maintain up-to-date documentation ✨; ✅ Participate in annual architecture reviews and coordinate code changes. **What We Expect From You:** Experience in IT focused on business; Solid knowledge of .NET, including development and production support; Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms, MVC, and DevExpress Framework; Experience in Java, Python, and Scala is a plus! Familiarity with relational databases (SQL, Sybase, Oracle); Knowledge of ETL, BPM, and BI for process optimization. **Work Location:** Chácara Santo Antônio – near Morumbi Station, São Paulo. **Hybrid Work Model:** 3 days per week in the office.
