Focus on developing solutions and customer retention ### **OPEN POSITION – B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **1 position available** ### **Profile We Are Seeking** * Ability to build a customer portfolio from scratch * Management and development of the active portfolio * Strong prospecting skills * Ability to develop, retain, and apply solutions aligned with the company’s portfolio * Organization, discipline, and goal orientation * Ability to prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals ### **Main Responsibilities** * Active prospecting of customers in the industrial sector * Conducting technical visits to assess customer needs * Product presentation and demonstration * Preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals * End-to-end sales cycle and post-sales follow-up * Maintaining updated data and records in the system * Customer retention and reactivation efforts ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in B2B sales or technical/industrial sales * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and availability for short trips * Proficiency in Excel * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and organizational skills * Experience with CRM and RD Station ### **Behavioral Profile** Empathy, strong communication, emotional intelligence, resilience, self-accountability, persistence, analytical thinking, and results orientation. ### **Compensation** * Fixed salary: **R$ 2\.800,00** * Progressive commission based on performance ### **Benefits** * Meal allowance (VR): **R$ 29,00/day** \+ Gympass * Transportation allowance (VT) * Health and dental insurance * Food allowance (VA): **R$ 112,00** after 90 days * **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: **07:30 AM – 5:30 PM** * Friday: **08:00 AM – 5:00 PM** * 1-hour lunch break Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Driver’s License: B Willingness to travel * Health and dental insurance after 90 days. * Food allowance (VA) R$ 112,00 after 90 days * Transportation allowance (VT) * Meal allowance (VR) R$ 29,00 Gym pass
