Focus on customer satisfaction and proactivity Deliver excellent customer service; evaluate the condition and status of used vehicles during purchase and sale transactions; achieve established targets and generate profitability for the dealership. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Deliver excellent customer service, * Evaluate the condition and status of used vehicles during purchase and sale transactions, achieving established targets and generating profitability for the dealership; * Use a mini paint thickness gauge; * Functional testing (drive the vehicle to assess engine performance and detect unusual noises); * Conduct all required checks with regulatory authorities; * Submit service requests for inventory registration; * Perform vehicle inspections for title transfer under Multimarcas’ name.
