Description:
* Bachelor's degree completed in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields;
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Storage Practices (GSP);
* Experience in KPI analysis, investigations, and handling of non-conformities;
* Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SAP;
* Strong communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships;
* Availability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, in Louveira or nearby areas;
* Conduct investigation and critical analysis of non-conforming products and raw materials;
* Participate in continuous improvement, structural, and innovation projects in collaboration with the Quality department and interfacing departments;
* Develop presentation materials for results reporting, such as infographics and slide presentations;
* Plan and deliver training related to departmental processes;
* Support technicians responsible for inspection analyses of packaging materials and finished products;
* Prepare daily and monthly material compliance reports;
* Manage and monitor departmental performance indicators;
* Interact with interfacing departments regarding Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR);
* Support other departments in problem resolution by identifying gaps and acting as a change facilitator through continuous improvement processes.
