We have an opportunity for a Process Analyst. We seek a professional experienced in mapping and continuously improving organizational processes. We are looking for someone with analytical thinking, strategic vision, and the ability to propose effective solutions that contribute to improved efficiency, standardization, and innovation in company routines. Main Responsibilities: * Map and document internal processes, developing workflows, procedures, policies, and operational manuals; * Identify flaws, bottlenecks, or improvement opportunities in existing processes; * Monitor the implementation of new processes, track results, and propose adjustments when necessary; Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, Quality Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in process or project management-related areas is desirable. * Proficiency in Power BI and process automation tools; * Microsoft Office Suite.
